Evaluation of Nursing Care Quality in Patients with Tracheal Tube

چکیده پژوهش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی است که به منظور بررسی کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری از بیماران دارای لوله تراشه در بیمارستانهای آموزشی شهر رشت سال ۱۳۷۷ | انجام گرفته است. در این پژوهش ۱۸۸ بیمار دارای لوله تراشه که به دستگاه تهویه مکانیکی متصل نبودند بصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش برگه مشاهده (چک لیست مشتمل بر دو بخش بود: بخش اول شامل اطلاعات زمینه ای و تجهیزات (۶سؤال) و بخش دوم دارای سه قسمت مربوط به مراقبتهای پرستاری در زمینه پیشگیری از عفونت ریوی(۱۷ سؤال)، اطمینان از کفایت تهویه و اکسیژن رسانی (۱۹ سؤال) و تدارک آرامش و امنیت بیمار (۶ سؤال) بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مراقبت پرستاری ارائه شده در رابطه با پیشگیری از عفونت ریوی به بیماران دارای لوله تراشه در ۶/ ۸۵ درصد موارد ضعیف بوده است . همچنین بیشترین درصد (۷/ ۵۳٪) مراقبت های پرستاری ارائه شده در زمینه اطمینان از کفایت تهویه و اکسیژن رسانی در حد نسبتا مطلوب و بیشترین درصد(۳/ ۴۶٪) مراقبتهای پرستاری در جهت تدارک آرامش و امنیت بیمار در حد مطلوب بود.
